This file describes how netlisting is handled and the ASCII netlist format used by the system.
A netlist file primarily contains details of the connections between various components. It is possible that information such as min track thickness for nets could be specified as well
Nets are derived from the schematic diagram. Each net has a set of associated pins on components.
